At FNPWR, a lot of what people see is the final result.

They see the battles.
They see the tournaments.
They see the brackets, the matchups, the schedules, the energy, the competition, and the excitement.

But what they do not always see is the work behind the scenes.

They do not always see the planning, the communication, the problem-solving, the last-minute adjustments, the pressure, and the people who make sure everything runs the right way.

Today, we want to recognize two people who play a major role in making that happen for FNPWR: Serenity and QueenB.

Serenity and QueenB are our battle coordinators, and their role is one of the most important pieces of our agency’s events, battles, and tournaments. They help make sure things are organized, fair, smooth, and handled with care. When FNPWR puts together agency battles or tournament events, they are part of the reason those events run with little to no flaws.

That kind of work takes patience.
It takes loyalty.
It takes communication.
It takes leadership.
It takes consistency.
And most importantly, it takes people who truly care.

Serenity and QueenB have proven that they care.

They have shown up for FNPWR again and again. They have helped carry the standard, protect the structure, and make sure creators have the best experience possible during our events. Their work may not always be the loudest, but it is absolutely one of the most valuable parts of what we do.

At FNPWR, we are not just building an agency. We are building a system, a culture, and a community where creators can compete, grow, support each other, and feel like they are part of something bigger.

That does not happen by accident.

It happens because people like Serenity and QueenB step up.

They help bring order to the chaos. They help keep things moving. They help make sure the vision turns into execution. They are part of the reason our battles and tournaments continue to improve, grow, and represent FNPWR the right way.

But this recognition is about more than their role.
